Koubes are a street food from Cyprus, served as a snack, party finger food or as part of a ‘meze’.
The outside of a kouba is made from bulgur wheat, flour, oil, salt, spices and onion. This is then filled with mushrooms, lots of onions, parsley and spices. The mixture is sealed and then deeply fried.

Each pack contains approximately 10 koubes.
Keep frozen at -18 degrees centigrade. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
